Ready to get started?
At Premier Pursuit, we believe recruiting should feel personal — not transactional. We take a consultative approach, grounded in integrity, confidentiality, and a genuine commitment to helping both attorneys and firms achieve long-term success.

I started Premier Pursuit because I’m passionate about helping attorneys build careers they’re genuinely excited about. I graduated from law school and began my career in BigLaw, practicing labor and employment law. After a few years, I made the leap into legal recruiting at an international agency and quickly realized how much I loved guiding attorneys through big career moves. That experience inspired me to create Premier Pursuit—a boutique legal recruiting firm focused on thoughtful, strategic, and personalized placements.
Successfully placed attorneys at AmLaw 200, boutique, and in-house legal departments nationwide
Former BigLaw associate with firsthand insight into law firm culture, expectations, and career paths

You may naturally have concerns about confidentiality and whether your current employer will find out. At Premier Pursuit, we prioritize client confidentiality and take measures to ensure your job search remains discreet.
We understand the sensitivity of job hunting while employed and maintain strict confidentiality throughout our process. Rest assured, your current employer will not be informed of your engagement with our services unless you choose to disclose this information yourself. In the fast-paced world of legal recruiting and law firm hiring, small details can make a lasting impression — and one of the most overlooked, yet impactful, details is the thank-you note.
Here’s why sending a thank-you note after an interview still matters — and how to get it right:
Sending a note shows you're genuinely enthusiastic about the role and took the time to reflect on the conversation. It leaves no doubt in the interviewer’s mind that you're serious about the position.
Many candidates skip this step entirely. Sending a thank-you note, especially in the legal industry where attention to detail matters, instantly elevates you as someone who’s thoughtful and professional.
Did you forget to mention a relevant case you worked on? Want to re-emphasize your interest in their practice area? The thank-you note is your second chance to leave a strong impression.
Send individual notes: If you met with more than one attorney, send a separate, personalized email to each person. Avoid copying and pasting the same exact message.
Be prompt: Aim to send your notes within 12 hours of the interview — ideally by the end of the day. A timely message shows you’re organized and responsive.
Proofread carefully: You’re applying for a legal position, so typos and grammar mistakes are non-negotiable. If you're tired or unsure, have someone else take a quick look before hitting send.
Reference specifics: Mention something you genuinely enjoyed discussing with them, whether it was a recent case, their practice group dynamic, or advice they gave you.
Keep it short and warm: No need for lengthy recaps. A few well-written lines expressing gratitude, interest, and a quick callback to your conversation are more than enough.
Subject: Thank You – Great Speaking With You Today
Dear [Attorney’s Name],
Thank you again for taking the time to speak with me today. I really enjoyed learning more about your team’s work in [specific practice area] and appreciated your insight into [mention something they shared].
Our conversation only strengthened my interest in the opportunity at [Firm Name], and I hope to have the chance to work alongside you in the future.
Best regards,
[Your Name]
In a profession built on precision and relationships, thank-you notes are more than just polite — they’re strategic. Take the time, get it right, and you’ll leave a lasting impression that could tip the scales in your favor.
